You may place your order via our online order form by providing true and correct information. These information will be used for order processing.
By placing your order to our online store, you agree and confirm to purchase the products you have selected base on the terms & conditions and policies. We may or may not accept your order at our discretion. If we accept your order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an Order Confirmation to you by email.
Any sales order placed by the Customer may not be withdrawn, cancelled or altered prior to acceptance by the Company.
We reserve the right to reject any order if :
(a) order are not from our online store.
(b) we received incomplete or incorrect information.
(c) we received non-permanent address.
(d) we fail to obtain full payment (or a full authorization, in the case of credit card, loan or lease orders)
(e) suspected fraud.
We will NOT ACCEPT any upgrade, change of models or cancellation of order once your order have been placed, therefore kindly ensure you have finalize all the purchase details before confirming and placing your order with us
Prices for products displayed in any Mac City Outlets or shown/listed within Mac City Online Store are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, Mac City reserves the right to withdraw or amend any prices at anytime without prior notice.
From time to time, Mac City may offer discounts and/or promotions. Discount, sales and/or promotional offers and prices are only applicable when checking out whilst the offer is still valid. Time restrictions will be stated where applicable. Mac City reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate these offers at an earlier date without prior notice. For those who purchase item(s) before or after the sale period, price adjustments will not be made. Any requests for refund of the price change/discount will not be entertained. Promotion units are limited to stock availability based on each campaign.
When paying via credit card, the credit card must be under your own name. If the credit card does not belongs to you, the company reserves the right to reject the sale. The company also may require an official proof of identification to verify your identity.
We may accept personal cheque, money orders or direct bank transfers upon request. Please note, items will not be released until the transaction has been cleared by the bank and confirmed by our finance department that the full payment has been received.

Upon accepting your order, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.
We will notify you via email once the product has been shipped.
No delivery of any products will be made to any non-permanent, incomplete or invalid address. Delivery will only be made to a permanent address. Kindly provide complete and correct delivery address when placing your order.
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorization, in the case of credit card, loan or lease orders).
Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday (9am to 6pm), excluding Malaysia public holidays.
