Please request the original receipt for your service and repair.

  • Please make sure the service is carried by the Apple Authorised Service Provider only to avoid mis-conduct for your Apple’s Products.
  • Any Apple’s item which has been repaired by UN-Authorised Service Provider will void the warranty.
  • Apple Limited Warranty DOESN’T cover cosmetic damage, accidental damage including but not limited to dented, physical damage, liquid damage, lightning strike, jailbroken and etc. For details, please refer the included warranty’s booklet with your Apple’s products.
  • Please feel free to contact below Service Points before you send in your item.
  • Mac City will not hold any responsibility for any data loss whatsoever during the course repair. Customers are advised to backup the data in your device prior send in for repair/upgrade.
  • Mac City will not hold any responsibility for any dented, scratches and also screen protector send in for repair or upgrade.
  • Apple warrants the Apple branded hardware product and accessories contained in the original packaging against defect in materials and workmanship when use normally in accordance with Apple is published guide lines for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase by the end user.
  • Software distributed by Apple with or without the Apple brand ( including but not limited to system software ) is not covered under warranty.
  • All spare parts quote is under “exchange price”. Mac City will not do any refund for cancellation repair after made payment. Faulty unit will be returned to Apple under exchange programme.

 

* Terms & Conditions:

Spare parts are excluded. All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia. Payment is strictly through cash / credit card. Repair warranty will be for 90 days from date repaired. On Site appointment is on best effort bases within 24 hours. Service charges are subjected to change without prior notice. ‘Within Klang Valley’ not exceeding 50km additional charges apply if agreed. Mac City Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any loss of data whatsoever during the course of repair. All repaired unit will be disposed off at Mac City Sdn Bhd discretion, if not collected within 90 days, no reminder will be issued. A nominal inspection fee will be charged should you cancel or do not wish to proceed with the repair, as stipulated. You are advised to backup the data in your system prior to sending it for repair. A nominal fee will be charged should you wish Mac City Sdn Bhd to backup your data, as stipulated. Quotation will be furnished if repair cannot be completed due to damage not covered under the terms of an Apple One Year Hardware Warranty or an Apple Care Protection Plan.
