What does pre-order means?
A
. Pre-order means confirmed order for a new device that has not yet been released. It also means the new device will be dispatched from the release date.
Q.
How do I pre-order?
A.
You can place the pre-order online at
www.maccity.com.my/pre-order
or alternatively you may also pre-order in-store during standard operating hours (10am - 10pm).
Q.
Will I get confirmation of my pre-order?
A.
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email once you place your pre-order at our online store.
Q.
How can I check my order status?
A.
You can check your order status by logging into
www.maccity.com.my
and sign-in. After signing in, you may look for My Order or Order History.
Q. I didn’t receive any confirmation email regarding my order.
A.
Check your Spam folder just in case emails from Mac City have been routed there. If you are still unable to locate it, you can email your request to:

or call our Customer Support Line: 012 969 0599 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm).
Q. Can I modify my order once it is placed?
A.
No. Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
A.
No. Once you have placed the order, you may not cancel it. No refund will be entertained.
Q.
If I choose self-collect at in-store, when can I get my order?
A.
You may choose the date, time and location of your preference upon check-out via online. If you perform the pre-order at in-store, you may inform the ground staff as to when you would like to collect your order. All collections a starts on the launch day onwards.
